Dewey is a big baby, three years old, about 70 lbs. who is looking for a home that will treat him like
a member of the family. A good samatarian found him running by the freeway. She wants to find the home
for him that all dogs deserve. Dewey gets along great with dogs, cats, and all people. At times, he is fearful
of noises and will keep his distance if he is unsure. Dewey will need a patient home that understands
or is willing to learn the importance positive reinforcement training in order to create a comfortable
and secure environment for him. He has no aggression issues; he is as sweet and loving as a dog could
be. Dewey loves to get outside to run and play and could use some work on not getting too excited
but then settles down and loves to snuggle up on the couch. He is very affectionate. He also
enjoys riding in the car. Dewey would make a wonderful companion for the right home. He is neutered and up-to-date on his shots.
No young children please because of his exuberance. He is housetrained. Dewey is such a love!
